Pharmacist (Moho BHC, Ruy Du Ab ...

Responsibilities:

• The pharmacist is responsible for safe and proper storage and supply of medicine and medical equipment for the entire health facilities and main store.
• The pharmacist is also required to act as receptionist in the clinic for registering all patients visiting the clinic.
• Ensure no medicine is misused. Assure transparent issuance and record keeping.
• The pharmacist is responsible for medicine in and out to the clinic and shall be accountable for all medicine quality, quantity and expiry dates.
• Identify and report problems that interfere with the delivery of services.
• Ensure safe, clean and proper storage of all medicine and other medical equipment within the storages.
• Attend coordination meetings related to pharmaceutical issues.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports of the Program Coordinator/Medical Doctor.
• Carry out any other task as assigned by management.
