Pharmacist - Overnights

Job Summary:
This pharmacist would predominantly work the overnight shift at Upstate University Hospital’s Downtown Campus, joining a team of overnight pharmacists and technicians. Overnight pharmacists at Upstate work a modified 7 on / 7 off schedule and enjoy a 20% differential for overnight shifts. Remote order verification and/or support may be performed for our Community Campus during overnight shifts. This pharmacist will practice within a progressive pharmacy model at Upstate University Hospital. Applicants will join a talented team of pharmacy personnel to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care. Pharmacists at Upstate participate in all aspects of care, including clinical patient monitoring, sterile product preparation/oversight, medication distribution, transitions of care management, code response and patient counseling/education.
