Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) — Marshfield, Wisconsin
The organization is seeking a Pharmacist to support inpatient services. Responsibilities include order verification, product checking and release, remote sterile compounding verification, and clinical dosing support such as IV-to-PO verification, renal dose review, and medication dosing for aminoglycosides and anticoagulants. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating 10-hour shifts with a block schedule in PM/overnight roles of 7/70; day shifts are 8 hours with staggered starts beginning at 0600. Shift rotation includes moving between 2nd shift (1200 to 2200) and 3rd shift (2100 to 0700), typically with the work week starting on Wednesday. Minimum 40 hours per week are required.
