Pharmacist/Senior Pharmacist

Responsibilities
Preparing medication by reviewing and interpreting physicians’ orders, detecting incompatibilities
Dispenses medication, packaging and labelling pharmaceuticals
Handle direct customers and patients and provide professional counselling and advice on health issues, symptoms, and medications
Ensure confidentiality of information concerning customers and staff
Ensure all prescriptions are fully and accurately endorsed.
Ensure all procedures are conform to legal requirements
Comply with the code of ethics as laid down by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Requirements
Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Recognized degree in pharmacy
Min 3 year of experience
