Pharmacy Operations Manager - Central Pharmacy

**Job Description**
The Pharmacy Operations Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical in Los Angeles, California will oversee the central pharmacy operations and other department-level programs and functions. The central pharmacy is the hub for all distribution services for the medical center for area such as acute care patient care units, diagnostic/peri-procedural areas, various clinics, ambulatory infusion center. The manager ensures the pharmacy is compliant with state board requirements and other regulatory agencies. Oversees and maintains safe medication dispensing and non-sterile compounding. Collaborates with external departments to address medication needs and implementing inventory/control principles, storage and medication use workflows supporting various program needs. This positions has 35 direct reports.
