Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Education Requirements: High school diploma, or G.E.D.
* Work Experience: Previous pharmacy technician experience of at least 3 years

* Manage phone lines: Answer incoming calls and route inquiries or escalate concerns to the pharmacist.
* Outreach: Complete INR reminder calls and notify patients of normal INR results.
* Information gathering: Collect general, non-clinical patient data during phone interactions.
