Pharmacy Technician (Pharmaceutical, Clinic)

Job Description: Manage inbound and outbound inventory, including receipt of supplier invoices, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates for replenishment, exchanges, and adjustments Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain and utilize inventory management systems and databases Coordinate local and international procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables Follow up on quotation requests from local and overseas customers Prepare and process quotations by liaising with suppliers, compiling pricing and markup details, and submitting finalized quotations to customers Process customer orders, including preparation of purchase orders to suppliers, invoices, and delivery documentation, as well as packing of orders Arrange shipments and coordinate delivery schedules among internal teams, suppliers, and customers Procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables Order Fulfillment and Documentation ...
