Pharmacy Technician

In this role, you'll support patients throughout their treatment journey – from initial enquiries through to prescribing – helping ensure the safe and effective use of medical cannabis treatment.

What you will be doing

• Prioritising workload to ensure timely responses to patient queries
• Providing medicines‑related information and supporting patient queries in line with clinical guidance
• Supporting the repeat prescription process and resolving discrepancies where required
• Assisting with development and maintenance of systems, including SOPs and IT workflows
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting audits
