Phlebotomist - 1st Shift

The Phlebotomist Floater (Phlebotomist III – Float) serves as a key patient-facing healthcare professional responsible for collecting blood specimens and supporting laboratory testing services across multiple locations. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, labeling, and processing while maintaining a professional and supportive patient experience. The phlebotomist float provides operational coverage across Patient Service Centers, medical offices, mobile collection environments, and long-term care facilities. The role also supports staff leadership responsibilities, including mentoring team members and assisting with onboarding activities when needed.
