Job Description:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients in a professional and safe manner. Responsibilities include labeling and processing specimens, maintaining patient records, and assisting medical staff with procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and medical terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations
