Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures. This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR I ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner. The PSR I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information.
