The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a reliable and dependable Phlebotomist (PRN). In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing and quality patient care for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Schedule: PRN | 12-Hour Shifts Key Responsibilities Collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing (name, date, time & location) Complete routine and STAT lab order collections in a timely manner Obtain patient consent when required for procedures File & deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards Provide excellent patient care and communication Qualifications Current Tennessee phlebotomy cer...
