Responsibilities
- Proficient in drawing blood from patients.
- Responsible for work-related matters regarding On-Site Screenings, Medical Centers, Phlebotomy Centre and Main Laboratory.
- To carry out professionally and efficiently the work assigned to you.
- To conduct all phlebotomy-related work.
- Practice proper patient identification.
- Labelling of blood tubes.
- Assisting in collection of samples and delivery of reports to clinics within Medical Centres.
- Certificate in Phlebotomy.
- NITEC in nursing or higher.
- 2 years of clinical exposure to blood specimen collection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Patient/customer service oriented.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to be ready for deployment anytime when assigned by the supervisor.
