Phlebotomy Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomy Training Manager to lead the training and competency development of our phlebotomy team. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality blood collection procedures across all branches. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new and existing phlebotomists.
• Conduct hands‑on training, assessments, and skills validation.
