We are looking for someone to take on the role of Photo Content Team Lead and be responsible for the efficient management of the photo post-production process in a large-scale e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of a team of Photo Editors and overseeing the flow of all project submissions.

• Verifying the completeness of briefs before submitting tasks for execution.

• Managing the task queue and ensuring smooth production processes.

• Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the workflow.

• Planning and optimally allocating work according to team availability and competencies.

• Responsible for project schedules and timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinating feedback stages and production dependencies.
