Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care to a high-volume patient base across specialized private practice locations.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, with a heavy emphasis on personal injury, workers' compensation, and no-fault cases (e.g., shoulder, rotator cuff, knee, and joint injuries).
- Formulate precise, highly detailed clinical documentation and treatment plans that serve as legally robust records for workers' comp boards, insurance reviews, and legal proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external specialists, including Orthopedic Surgeons and Radiologists, to ensure seamless continuity of care.
