Royal Inland Hospital (RIH), a 273‑bed facility, serves as the primary referral centre for nearly 250,000 individuals within the Thompson Cariboo Shuswap Health Service Area. It is a Level 1 Trauma Centre that manages over 250 major trauma cases and accommodates 72,000 Emergency Department visits each year.

Practice Details

We are seeking physiatrists to join our team at Royal Inland Hospital. The Level II trauma centre has highly developed services for complex polytrauma, brain injury, stroke, and post‑intensive care rehabilitation. Broad outpatient services and an ambulatory PM&R clinic are integrated with allied health colleagues in speech‑language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and orthotics and prosthetics.
