- Performs Services planned, delegated and supervised by the therapist
- Assists in preparing clinical notes and progress reports
- Participates in educating the patient and family
- Provides services planned, delegated and supervised by the therapist
- Participates in in-service programs
- Must be able to communicate instructions to the patients
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and home care staff
- Participates in patient case conferences as requested
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient, Agency and Employee matters
- Attains quarterly goals as established in the annual performance evaluation
- Submits required documentation in a timely manner.
