Mass General Brigham Home Care provides post-acute, medically necessary skilled care in the home to help homebound patients recover from variety of illnesses or procedures and manage exacerbations of chronic disease. Services include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social services, and as needed medical supplies.
We are seeking a full-time, 36-hour PTA to join the Minuteman team; however, we would also consider a candidate who wanted to work 40 - 32 hours. While the majority of your time will be spent working in Framingham, Marlborough, and Hudson, the entire team also supports the following territories:
