As a PT in this role, you will become an integral teammate in our innovative Take Your Therapist Home Program! This role is focused on Home Health Care in the Ann Arbor and surrounding areas with a steady referral source from multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role includes PTA supervision and provides the opportunity to pick up additional time at nearby SNF.
