Physical Therapist I, Cancer Rehab - Pewaukee - 0.9 FTE

What You Will Do:
Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
• Lymphedema certification preferred or ability to become lymphedema certified after hire.
• Cancer rehab experience preferred
