**DESCRIPTION**

Full-time position with a standard of treating 10 to 14 patients in a standard day to obtain the best patient outcomes. Great benefits including a mentor program and CEU allowance. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Submit to the physician appropriate written reports of the patient’s progress at the designated intervals using EMR system eClinicalWorks.
+ Assist in determining the needs of the patient and in developing the therapy plan of care
+ Instruct, teach and supervise patients and staff regarding therapy procedures within scope of practice as related to patient’s therapy program.
