We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our rehab department, providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings of residents to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention
• Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care
• Provide PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care
• Provide supervision of PTA's
• Engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility
