Physical Therapist - PRN - Hospital - Tulsa

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Completion of an accredited program for Physical Therapists recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education or approved successor organization.
Experience - Minimum of one (1) year or relevant experience required.
Licenses & Certification - Incumbent must possess and maintain current State of Oklahoma Licensure for Physical Therapists. Incumbent must have a CPR certification.
Knowledge & Skills -

1. Knowledge and experience of the principles and procedures of Physical Therapy and it's relationship to health, treatment and prevention of disability, quality of life issues and the value of interdisciplinary interaction through supervision and monitoring of a Physical Therapy Program.
