Physical Therapist PT SNF

Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation

Requirements:

• Active New York Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• SNF experience preferred

Compensation & Perks:

• $50-$60/hour (based on experience)
