Pay: $40-$55/hour + $15,000 sign-on bonus 

The Physical Therapist Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct hire position 
  

• 5x8s per week,  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
  

•  Inpatient and Outpatient 
  

•  $15k sign-on bonus provided
