Opportunity Description
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for conducting student evaluations and delivering therapy services in accordance with each student’s individualized plan of care and physician orders, when applicable. The PT also ensures accurate documentation and collaborates with school staff to support student progress and functional outcomes.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice required
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
+ Minimum of one (1) year of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if applicable
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulations)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
