Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Required experience: Acute inpatient rehab experience.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Ability and willingness to float to sister facilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner EMR experience preferred (listed as preferred by the client).
