- Performs physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders/referrals.
- Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures.
- Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to enhance patient independence.
- Regularly re-assesses treatment effectiveness and modifies goals or treatment as necessary.
- Communicates patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family as applicable.
- Maintains and submits documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in accordance with state practice acts.
