Locums Cardiothoracic Surgery PA Memphis, TN (any state license accepted)Why This Role
- Open to any state license (TN obtained during credentialing)
- Defined 6+ month assignment
- Established cardiac surgery team with full support
- Manageable call structure: 1:5 ratio Assignment Details
- Dates: June 15 - December 31, 2026
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Call: In-house, 1:5 ratio
- Daily load: 10 patients seen, 3 admissions, 10 phone consults
- Volume: 10 patients/shift
- Setting: Inpatient cardiac surgery
- Support: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 90 days Clinical Details
- First-assist in CABG, open heart, valve repair/replacement
- Required skills: EVH/vein harvesting (demonstrated independent ability), SFA (surgical first assist) experience, sternotomy closure
