**PRACTICE SPECIFICS**

+ Approximately 140-150 pump cases per year with additional 70-80 other cases by CT surgeons
+ Robust structural heart program including TAVR's, Watchman, and Mitraclip procedures
+ Approximately 1530 cases per month in cath lab and EP lab
+ Includes ability to practice General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional
+ Well-established group of 12 anesthesiologists
+ Medically directed care model working with CRNAs
+ Practice at:
+ Essentia Heath Fargo – 133 bed hospital – Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ BC/BE in Anesthesia
+ Cardiac Fellowship and advanced TEE Certification
