The cardiologist is responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure safe, efficient, high quality care. The Cardiologist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the designated Cardiology clinic. As the result of a consultation from a PCP, the Cardiologist will complete an initial evaluation with documentation of the history and physical, formulate the plan of care and order entry.
