Physician - Critical Care Durango

Summary: Mercy Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is looking for a locum Critical Care physician for coverage starting March 2025. The shifts are 24 hours with 12 hours onsite with 12 hours of offsite call coverage. The physician will cover 10 bed ICU and must be able to do bronchoscopies. Ongoing stints are 3-4 shifts.

Due to this need historically receiving a large quantity of submissions within the first 24 hours, we are capping each vendors submissions at 4. Please only submit your top 4 candidates to be considered. Anymore will be not cleared.
RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rate*** Per holiday hour, no OT
