Physician Engagement Liaison

The Physician Engagement Liaison serves as a strategic relationship manager between the Parallel ENT and Allergy’s practices and referring providers across ENT, Allergy, Audiology, Primary Care, Pediatrics, and related specialties. This role is responsible for driving referral growth, strengthening provider relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between practices and the MSO’s network of specialty providers.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or market cultivation of physician referrals, understands referral workflows in ENT and Allergy, excels at building long-term, trust-based relationships with clinical offices.

Up to 80% travel, within practice markets, is required.
