**Job Description:**

To provide medical expertise to support patients in living the healthiest lives possible.
**Essential Job Duties**

+ Provide patient care that meets or exceeds the standard of care for the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice.
+ Provide clinical services including diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of conditions requiring medical care.
+ Provide clinical services in-person or via telehealth, as appropriate.
+ Consult with other providers as requested and provide referring providers and Intermountain with written reports on results of examinations within a reasonable time following such requests.
+ Perform patient care duties at the location(s) and according to the schedule determined by the specialty and site of care to meet the availability needs of Intermountain and its staff during site of care hours as established by Intermountain.
