- Schedule: Monday to Friday Regular hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Credentialing: 60- 90 days
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensure: Any unrestricted state license and DEA
