**FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (0.6-1.0 FTE)**

**PRACTICE SPECIFICS**
+ Join an experienced, progressive, well-respected primary care team (2 MD’s, 3 NP) with full diagnostic and therapeutic support services, including pharmacy, infusion services, and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric patients
+ Mentoring provided to new physicians
+ OB is _optional_
+ ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.
+ 36 patient contact hours/week
+ Outpatient practice
+ Full complement of visiting specialties including; Surgical and Medical Orthopedics, Oncology, General Surgery, Audiology, Nephrology, Urology, Cardiology, Weight Management and Occupational Medicine
