Physician Day Shift
Physician is responsible for providing professional medical services in the specialty of Physiatry (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) to the patients of Mary Free Bed. The medical services provided are within the mission, vision and values of the parent corporation, the Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provides professional medical services in the specialty of physiatry to patients of Mary Free Bed in the following areas: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Consult Responsibilities
- Timely consultations at referring hospitals and facilities
- Invasive procedures within the normal scope of physiatry practice when adequate credentials and procedural guidelines including staff education are established
- Maintains medical records in a timely fashion and cooperates with billing, peer review and compliance programs
