Specifics of the Role:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, ability to adjust for extended hours as needed
- Office: Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2708 Guilford St., Huntington, IN 46750
- Workload: 36 hours of patient-facing time and 4 hours for admin duties weekly
- Daily encounter : Goal of 18-22 patients, contingent on visit duration
- Call Requirement: Occasional weekend coverage as part of the call schedule
- Our team consists of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
