Physician / Internal Medicine / Illinois / Locum or Permanent / PHYSICIAN Job

We are a Chicago Based rapidly growing Home visiting office seeking Full or Part-Time Physicians and/or Nurse Practitioners to see home bound Geriatric patients in their homes. We serve patients in cook and Du Page County. Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner's would be responsible for patient care, charting, medications, and ordering labs and home health if necessary. We currently use INSYNC as our charting software. Physicians and/or Nurse Practitioner's must be board certified. One of our primary Goal is helping underserved population.
