Internal Medicine Nocturnist

Seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a growing Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist. Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to a manageable census of approximately 5-10 patients per night, ensuring each patient receives appropriate, timely, and high-quality medical management. Conduct thorough admissions from the emergency department and direct admissions from referring physicians, including detailed histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments. Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage acute medical conditions for patients admitted to the hospitalist service, including those in the open ICU, with intensivist consultant support for complex or critical cases.
