Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $235,000$270,000 (based on experience & location)

• Commencement Bonus: $20,000$60,000+

• Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary

• Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (often exceeds $320K)
