This practice highly values patient care
Average 25-30 patients per day
Work-life balance is also a high priority
Flexible schedule - can be 3, 4 or 5 days
NO weekends!
4 weeks of vacation
Can be all General Derm or a mix with Cosmetics (have lasers)
EMR is EMA
The MAs also scribe
Base plus tiered production
