16 hours per week (3 additional hours are available if willing to supervise Nurse Practitioners) Days are flexible - Need is starting January Adult Day Program 20-minute medication management 40-60 minute evaluations Need to have medicare/Medicaid On-site is required Community Access assists people with psychiatric disabilities to make the transition from shelters and institutions to independent living.
