Details:Start Date: May 7, 2018 Ongoing (until a permanent candidate is hired)Programs include: PROS-Personalized Recovery Oriented Services, Article 31- Counseling and Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and Article 28 Health Related Clinic. Client has 3 locations that the candidate would travel to Jamestown, NY and Dunkirk, NY Minimum of 16 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8-6, hours vary per location. Client is willing to adjust schedule/hours to accommodate the physicians needs.
