POSITION SUMMARY

To provide care to patients and to supervise Nurse Practitioners in the delivery of psychiatric medication management to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Training:
Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine.
Completed Residency or Fellowship in Psychiatry.

Licensure / Certification:
Licensed or eligible to practice medicine in New York.
Board Certified or Board Eligible as Practicing Psychiatrist
Current NY Drivers License
