**About this role.**

**As a** **Physician in** **Senior Primary Care within our Intermountain Health Medical Group - Pahrump Clinic, you will join a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will approximately 16 patients per day for annual wellness checks, identification and treatment of chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, laboratory services and immunizations.**

**This role features a starting salary of $285,000.00 / Yr with an additional annual Hero Stipend of $25,000.00 / Year**

**Starting Bonus of $60,000.00**

**Relocation of up to $20,000.00 for eligible household moves**
