Physician - Trauma Surgeon - per diem

**Description**

PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center Trauma Surgery department is adding a per diem physician to care for a variety of complex Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients supporting the community and a large catchment area.

RiverBend Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center located in Springfield, OR, we are the largest hospital between Portland, Oregon and Sacramento, California. Our catchment area supports rural communities along the Oregon coast and the west side of the Cascades reaching into northern California. Join our growing Trauma practice and work with a talented Trauma team!

Practice Highlights:

+ 12 hour shifts
+ Rounding on patients, seeing patients in the Trauma follow-up clinic, ICU and consults.
+ Working with a team of 8 Surgeons and 5 APCs to coordinate and share the workload.
+ Blend of Trauma, General Surgery, and ICU. Support of Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery and Intensivists.
