Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $180,000$285,000(based on experience)

• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000

• Annual merit increases + monthly/quarterly financial incentives

• Substantial PTO: 24 days + 5 CME days + 6 holidays annually
