Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program and our Contract Buy Out Program The Bath, NY Veterans Affairs Medical Center serves the Southern Tier of New York state, located southwest of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Responsibilities The Physician (Primary Care-Women's Health) will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to ambulatory adult outpatients at the Bath VA Medical Center. Duties include the following but are not limited to: Works collaboratively with other health care professionals to accomplish patient, service, and medical center goals, promoting and embracing the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model of care, utilizing Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, Excellence (ICARE) values throughout the clinic.
